MEDNAH at the World Defense Show: Active Presence and Achievements that Enhance Readiness
MEDNAH participated in the World Defense Show with a qualitative presence that reflects its growing position in the defense industries system, as the company was keen to showcase its pivotal role in managing and operating one of the largest open testing grounds in the world, and to confirm its position as a main gateway for the entry of defense systems into the Kingdom through testing, evaluation and technical qualification services in realistic operational environments.

The indoor and outdoor pavilions of the Midanat Al-Ain Defense Company witnessed a large turnout of visitors and interested parties, receiving more than 5,000 visitors, including specialists and those interested in the defense sector, in addition to more than 50 official delegations representing governmental, military, and industrial entities from seven different countries, with an attendance exceeding 2,500 government representatives. This high level of interest reflects the significant attention given to Midanat Al-Ain’s operational capabilities and specialized services, and the role it plays in supporting the testing and evaluation system for defense systems within the Kingdom.

During the exhibition, Midana showcased a range of advanced solutions related to enhancing field readiness at its pavilion. These included testing and evaluation services, field management, and support for technical verification processes for defense systems at various stages of development. Midana also highlighted its integrated system that links advanced infrastructure, specialized national personnel, and operational procedures to ensure that tests are conducted according to the highest standards.

In the outdoor pavilion, Medanah presented a live field demonstration of its unmanned systems in an open operational environment. This showcased the nature of work at the company’s test ranges and highlighted its ability to provide realistic environments for conducting complex tests in the fields of aviation, unmanned systems, and advanced sensor systems. This demonstration offered visitors and specialists a firsthand look at Medanah’s operational capabilities in supporting the development and testing of defense technologies.

As part of its ongoing development of its operational systems and enhancement of its technical capabilities, Midana announced at the exhibition the launch of two new systems that represent a significant addition to its capabilities. These include an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to support the range of moving targets used in field tests, as well as a standard testing radar that contributes to enhancing the accuracy of measurement and analysis during technical experiments and tests. The launch of these systems is part of the company’s continuous efforts to develop an integrated infrastructure that supports testing and evaluation processes according to international standards.

In terms of partnerships, Midana’s participation witnessed the signing of 9 strategic agreements with local and international entities, aimed at expanding areas of cooperation in the fields of testing, evaluation and advanced defense technologies, in addition to exchanging experiences and transferring knowledge, in a way that contributes to developing national capabilities and enhancing integration with partners in the defense industries system.

The participation of the Medana in the exhibition also provided a platform to enhance communication with international companies, government agencies and official delegations, and to explore future cooperation opportunities in multiple fields, in support of achieving the goals of developing the defense sector and raising the level of technical and operational readiness.

This participation embodies the pivotal role that Midana plays as an active partner in supporting and enabling the defense industries system, as the company continues to work on developing its operational capabilities and expanding its strategic partnerships, thereby enhancing its contribution to achieving integration between technological innovation and advanced infrastructure.
Through these achievements, Medanah affirms its continued commitment to its role as the “executive arm for raising readiness,” by providing integrated solutions, conducting advanced field tests, and building quality partnerships that contribute to supporting the readiness of the defense sector and enhancing its future capabilities.
